1. How long does each session last? Standard sessions are between 50 and 55 minutes. If you have particular time limits or requests, please let me know and we can discuss.

  2. How do I pay for therapy? Cash, Check, HSA, Debit or Credit Card. Debit Card or Credit Card is required to be on file in HIPAA secure client chart.

  3. Can therapy help me? In short, yes - if you are ready. Every individual is unique and brings different experiences to therapy. Therapy isn’t a “one size fits all” process. You will get out of therapy what you are willing to commit to the process.

  4. Do you provide couple’s counseling? No, I do not. I believe someone who has specialized training with couples would be more qualified for couple’s therapy needs.

  5. Do you provide counseling to children? I provide therapy to individuals age 16 and older.
